Ordering from Leixlip Flowers is simple. Browse our online shop, select your flowers or gifts and proceed to checkout to complete your order securely.
We accept most major debit and credit cards. Orders may also be placed by telephone during opening hours.
Order confirmation indicates that your request has been received. A contract is formed once payment has been processed and the order has been accepted. We reserve the right to amend or cancel orders in the event of pricing errors or product availability, and will contact you if any changes are required.
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Saturday are eligible for same day delivery within our local delivery area in Leixlip and surrounding areas of Co. Kildare.
Orders placed after this time will normally be delivered the next working day. We are closed on Sundays.
Timed deliveries are not guaranteed except for funeral flowers and weddings. For urgent orders, please contact us directly.
If the recipient is not available, we may leave flowers in a safe place or with a neighbour where appropriate. If redelivery is required, this may be arranged at our discretion.
We are not responsible for loss or damage once flowers have been delivered as requested.
All flowers are subject to seasonal availability. In the event that specific flowers are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with blooms of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and colour.
All payments are processed securely. Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We aim to ensure complete satisfaction with every order. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, any issues must be reported within 1 working day of delivery.
Refunds or replacements are offered at our discretion. We will always work to resolve any concerns quickly and fairly.
Orders cancelled after processing may be subject to a cancellation fee.
